We are inviting applications for the role of SVP, Claims Leader

In this role as Claims leader, you will be responsible helping the Insurance Service Line grow: developing and executing strategies designed to support our insurance company clients, developing new products and solutions, managing existing products, supporting our sales teams, and managing go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

Leading the global portfolio of insurance claims products/solutions.
Co-manage (along with Genpact’s client relationship team) a portfolio of existing insurance claims clients
Develop new products organically or via new business partnerships to bring new solutions to the market
Develop and manage go-to-market strategies for assigned products and customer markets designed to achieve annual revenue and sales targets
Participate, and lead, responses to RFP’s and business proposals for potential clients.
Owns the build and acquisition of Genpact Insurance Claims and operations capabilities in BPO, Digital, Analytics, and Consulting
Works with existing and potential new clients on solution design, incorporating the latest Genpact developments
Advises and supports consulting projects, bringing specific subject matter expertise and industry level credibility
This job will consist of travel. The ability to work remotely in a collaborative manner across geographies and functions is critical.

Minimum qualifications

P&C insurance executive-level leadership in a P&C Claims, product management, business development, operations or similar role with a focus on the operations side

Required qualifications

Thorough understanding and expertise across markets Global markets in P&C lines Claims ecosystem including distribution, pricing, technology platforms, data and analytics sources, and trends impacting the market.
Experience, ability and comfort engaging with senior level insurance company executives
Experience developing go-to-market strategies including understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
Executive-level Presentation skills
Consultative selling expertise
Creative thinking/innovative mind-set
Executive-level business acumen and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectors
Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations
Experience demonstrating Digital and Analytics to drive the service line
Process transformation experience

Preferred qualifications

Prior P&L responsibilities for insurance related products
Operations experience, focused on back and middle office in Underwriting, Underwriting support and policy servicing
