Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Recruiter! 

In this role, we are looking for a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates.  

Campus Recruiter responsibilities include attending and hosting college career days, building effective internship programs and evaluating junior candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with various sourcing tactics, like social recruiting, and excellent relationship-building skills. This new role will report to the Global Campus Recruitment Manager. 

 Responsibilities 

Coordinating and hosting campus recruitment events on campus and in-house and Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event 

Attending college career fairs, interacting with students, and promoting our employer brand externally 

Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internship 

Facilitating interviews, applicant tracking system and CRM maintenance and reporting 

Maintaining and monitoring applications within the applicant tracking systems. 

Act as a main point of contact for future and recent campus hires at Genpact 

Maintaining and monitoring applications within the applicant tracking systems. 

Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions 

Qualifications we seek in you! 

Minimum qualifications 

Recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry (technology, financial services, start up, etc) 

Working knowledge of standard recruiting procedures 

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related area 

Preferred qualifications 

Tech savvy 

Good Customer Service skills and analytical skills
