Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager (AM), F&A team

We are looking for Consultant who has Good Domain knowledge of at least one of the F&A process and has the ability to analyze client business problems, devise the right solution approach and lead execution. The person would be responsible for end-to-end delivery of effective solution and visualizations and can front end conversations with senior stakeholders The person should possess good client handling experience with good communication and analytical skills to support Life Science, Healthcare or CG business

Responsibilities

• Good Domain knowledge of at least one of the F&A process – Accounts payable or Account Receivables or Record to Report
• Good analytical and logical reasoning skills. Interpret business requirements and technical specification documents
• Ability to slice and dice large data sets and derive the right insights
• Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary 
• Ability to understand client business problems, devise the right solution approach and draw insights
• Strong communication skills to be able to front end conversations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in Crafting intuitive solutions using Power Bi /Tableau/Advance Excel /SQL /Python for data driven decisions. Should have handled complexity around visualization or data
• Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources is required.

Qualifications we seek in you...!
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills

• Minimum Education qualification of MBA in finance with technical certification or bachelor’s education in any of the programming language
• CA or BE(CS) or Masters in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or Statistics
• Relevant years of experience in analytics based roles such as AP, AR or RTR functions

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
• Skilled at operating in a complex, cross-functional organization where the team needs to collaborate and integrate with other teams across multiple functions.
• Expertise in solving multiple complex business problems and devise the right solution by channelizing the data.
