Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
1. Building python-based assets, solutions, and models to modernize Banking & Capital Markets research & analytical processes and enhance it with AI/ML and with strong statistical foundation.

2. Gather requirements through deep engagement and consultation with all business teams to understand current and future needs and build prototypes, Proof of Concept solutions.

3. Writes ETL (Extract / Transform / Load) processes, designs & develops tools / processes for real-time and offline analytic processing, by integrating data from a variety of sources, assuring that they adhere to data quality and accessibility standards

4. Analytical acumen for forecasting, classification, and descriptive analysis

5. Creative acumen to solve problems, optimize existing dataflow, quality, and performance tuning when traditional Modernization and ML/DL frameworks are not applicable

6. Implement Agile & proactive approaches in the entire product & solution life cycle

7. Collaborates with various stakeholders at various levels, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

8. Document plans including Functional / Business Requirement Documentation & Technical Specification Documentation

9. Ability to handle product / solution journey through Conceptualizing, Development, UAT, Pre-prod & Prod stages



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

1. Subject Matter Expert in AI/ML tools & ecosystem
2. Good experience in designing and developing ETL processes
3. Experience in working on cloud platforms
4. Hands-On in DevOps tools - GitHub, Maven, Jenkins etc.
5. Expert level programming experience in Python, Py spark or Shell and a willingness to learn new programming languages
6. Experience processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data, including integrating data from multiple sources.
7. Handling entire software lifecycle: requirement gathering, project planning and status reporting to various stakeholders
